"I’m very happy with the service from BlueFlue Solutions. I called them on Monday because I had birds going in and out of my chimney, and they were able to get me on the schedule for Wednesday. When the technician arrived, he did a full chimney inspection, cleaned everything up, and made sure nothing was left inside from the birds. He also covered the opening so they couldn’t come back in. During the inspection, he noticed the chimney crown was damaged because there was no chimney cap, so he repaired the crown and applied a water treatment to help protect the weak bricks. They’re also installing a custom chimney cap to fully cover and protect the chimney. The technician was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them."
"I called yesterday cuz I had an issue with the chimney exterior wood frame. they came right out the next day like they said, they fixed the problem and solved it. and I'm real pleased with his work, very good and kind technician, job was good and and he was real courteous to me I highly recommend and I'll definitely going to the use them for any future chimney repairs."
"I called BlueFlue Solutions after another company installed a new dryer vent. I know it was not correct. See the first and third pictures Sam inspected the setup and found that the wrong materials and parts were used, resulting in an installation that didn’t meet the code. He explained the issue and replaced the incorrect parts. Right now I feel safer using it. Sam provided exceptional service, demonstrating honesty and a deep understanding of the work. "Sam with BlueFlue was prompt, offered great communication and provided a timely, cost effective solution to my fireplace problem. The back refractory panel was missing a 2x3" chunk. He repaired and painted it. He also provided a chimney sweep. He also swept the dryer vent that leads to the roof, it was filthy. Everything he did was with precision and he took precise measures to keep everything clean. I highly recommend BlueFlue Solutions for a professional visit along with a fair pricing approach. "I had black smoke filling my front room and I called Sam 2 days before the ice storm because we wanted to use the fireplace. He was amazing he came the very next day to help us. He is very professional and knowledgeable and found the problem right away. The cap was too small and the mash was completely clogged from buildup of creosote and besides that the foundation of the crown needed repair . He said that the situation would have had a fatal result and removed the mash that we can use the fireplace throughout the storm with no fear. We ended up putting the new cap n foundation repairs and his pricing was very reasonable. He was very clean and left the job better than he found it. Then he checked the dryer vent and found the cap to be too small and the debris was trapped even tho we regularly cleaned the vent hose. It was a fire waiting to happen and he did the up and beyond duty because he was afraid that something could happen to us.I truly endorse him and his ability. He literally save the day for this household."
"What an amazing experience! We had Blue Flue come out to inspect and clean out our dryer vent. My house was built in the 80’s and I don’t think this had ever been done! But thanks to Blue Flue and Sam, we are all set and no worries of issue coming from that! I then asked them to also do my daughter’s house for both her chimney and dryer vent! Again, AMAZING experience. The complete explanation in simple terms was a refreshing change to explain what needed to be done! "Sam was very nice. He spent about 90 minutes looking at a few extra parts of my house aside from what I was calling about, which was very helpful as a first time home owner. He even went into my crawl space and attic to try and find the cause to a whistling noise we were having. Then he climbed the roof to see how my chimney was holding up. He did all of this at no charge. I will be using him again because he’s very cost conscious for the consumer and I really appreciated it."
