“I’m very happy with the service from BlueFlue Solutions. I called them on Monday because I had birds going in and out of my chimney, and they were able to get me on the schedule for Wednesday. When the technician arrived, he did a full chimney inspection, cleaned everything up, and made sure nothing was left inside from the birds. He also covered the opening so they couldn’t come back in. During the inspection, he noticed the chimney crown was damaged because there was no chimney cap, so he repaired the crown and applied a water treatment to help protect the weak bricks. They’re also installing a custom chimney cap to fully cover and protect the chimney. The technician was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.”
