Chimney Reline & Liner Installation in Hurst, TX
Blue Flue Solutions provides professional chimney relining for Hurst homeowners across Tarrant. A damaged or missing chimney liner is a serious fire and carbon monoxide hazard. Our experienced technicians install stainless steel and aluminum liners sized for your specific heating appliance.
Why Hurst, TX Homeowners Need Professional Chimney Reline
Your chimney liner is the critical safety barrier between extremely hot flue gases (up to 1,800°F) and the combustible structure of your Hurst home. A cracked, deteriorated, or missing liner allows heat, creosote, and carbon monoxide to penetrate your walls – creating fire and poisoning risks. Many Hurst homes have aging clay tile liners that crack and deteriorate over time. Modern stainless steel liners from Blue Flue Solutions provide superior protection, improved draft, and better heating efficiency.
Local Insight: Hurst is home to North East Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in Tarrant County, and was incorporated in 1952. The city's Chisholm Park and Pipeline trails connect residents to the regional trail network across the Mid-Cities.
How Chimney Reline Works in Hurst
From first call to completed service, here's what Hurst homeowners can expect when they choose Blue Flue Solutions.
Flue Inspection
We perform a video camera inspection of your entire flue to assess the condition of the existing liner and identify any obstructions.
Liner Selection
Based on your appliance type (wood, gas, oil) and flue dimensions, we select the proper liner material, size, and insulation.
Professional Installation
Our technicians install the liner from the top of the chimney, connecting it to your appliance and securing it with a top plate and rain cap.
Final Testing
We verify proper draft, check all connections, and perform a smoke test to ensure the liner is functioning correctly.

"I had black smoke filling my front room and I called Sam 2 days before the ice storm because we wanted to use the fireplace. He was amazing he came the very next day to help us. He is very professional and knowledgeable and found the problem right away. The cap was too small and the mash was completely clogged from buildup of creosote and besides that the foundation of the crown needed repair . He said that the situation would have had a fatal result and removed the mash that we can use the fireplace throughout the storm with no fear. We ended up putting the new cap n foundation repairs and his pricing was very reasonable. He was very clean and left the job better than he found it. Then he checked the dryer vent and found the cap to be too small and the debris was trapped even tho we regularly cleaned the vent hose. It was a fire waiting to happen and he did the up and beyond duty because he was afraid that something could happen to us.I truly endorse him and his ability. He literally save the day for this household."Debra C. — Google Review
