When the technician arrived he informed me that there is no any birds in there, and he was real nice and courtesy. And helping me with the results, there's no birds in my chimney, but I was missing a chimney cap on top of my chimney and he took time to find me a good affordable cap that suits my chimney and that will prevent any wildlife to enter, I thank him for that and very pleased from the service.
