Blue Flue Solutions provides residential and commercial chimney, fireplace, and dryer vent services across the Dallas–Fort Worth and San Antonio metro areas, including but not limited to chimney repair, chimney cleaning, chimney inspection, chimney relining, chimney cap installation, fireplace services, refractory panel replacement, gas log installation, dryer vent cleaning, dryer vent repair, and dryer vent installation and rerouting.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Prices shown on our website (e.g., “Starting at” amounts) reflect the simplest scope of work under typical conditions. Final pricing is determined after on-site assessment and depends on factors such as chimney/vent condition, accessibility, materials required, and code-compliance needs. Phone and online estimates are not binding until confirmed in a written quote or work authorization.
3. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. Same-day arrivals depend on technician availability and route conditions. Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments by calling or texting (469) 207-1203 at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for missed appointments without timely notice or for situations where service cannot be completed due to access, safety, or condition issues at the property.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to perform safe, efficient service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and address information when scheduling.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present during the appointment when required.
- Provide reasonable access to the chimney, fireplace, dryer, attic, or roof, including unlocked gates, cleared paths, and pets secured.
- Disclose known conditions affecting the work area (e.g., active leaks, recent repairs, structural concerns, hornets/pests).
- Pay invoices in accordance with the payment terms below.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We accept the payment methods listed on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law and reasonable collection costs. Returned-payment fees may apply.
6. Workmanship Warranty
Blue Flue Solutions stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms (duration, scope, and exclusions) are disclosed on the work authorization or invoice for each job. The warranty does not cover:
- Pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage discovered after work begins
- Damage caused by storm, fire, flood, animal activity, vandalism, normal wear and tear, or improper customer use
- Work performed by anyone other than Blue Flue Solutions following our completion
- Cosmetic variations in masonry, mortar color, paint, or stain
Manufacturer warranties for parts and equipment are passed through to the customer; please refer to the manufacturer’s terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Blue Flue Solutions’ total liability for any claim arising from the website, our services, or these Terms is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Hazardous Conditions and Code Compliance
Chimneys, fireplaces, and dryer venting must comply with applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. If our technicians discover a condition that is unsafe, non-compliant, or beyond the agreed scope, we will pause work and discuss options with you. We may decline to operate, light, or test equipment that we determine to be unsafe.
9. Photography and Documentation
Our technicians may photograph or video-document chimney and dryer vent components for inspection records, estimating, and warranty purposes. Photos may be shared with you and used internally by Blue Flue Solutions. We will not publish images of the interior of your home in marketing materials without your permission.
10. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls, voicemails, and SMS messages from Blue Flue Solutions for scheduling, dispatch, follow-up, and service-related purposes. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP; transactional messages tied to an active job may continue. 11. Website Use
The content on bluefluesolutions.com — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by Blue Flue Solutions or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
