The more units you book in a single job, the more you save per unit. We offer tiered discounts from 10% off (5–10 units) up to 20% off (26–50 units), with custom pricing for 50+ unit properties. All units must be booked as a single job.

Do you coordinate directly with tenants?

We can work either way — we'll coordinate directly with tenants if you prefer, or work through your management office. We provide advance notice templates and flexible scheduling windows to maximize access.

What if some tenants aren't home on service day?

We schedule make-up visits for any units we couldn't access. Your bulk pricing still applies. We'll work with you to reach every unit.

Can you service just the dryer vents, or just the chimneys?

Absolutely. Many apartment complexes only need dryer vent cleaning, while condo and townhome associations often need both chimney and dryer vent service. We'll customize the scope to your property's needs.

How often should multi-family dryer vents be cleaned?
