"I’m very happy with the service from BlueFlue Solutions. I called them on Monday because I had birds going in and out of my chimney, and they were able to get me on the schedule for Wednesday. When the technician arrived, he did a full chimney inspection, cleaned everything up, and made sure nothing was left inside from the birds. He also covered the opening so they couldn’t come back in. During the inspection, he noticed the chimney crown was damaged because there was no chimney cap, so he repaired the crown and applied a water treatment to help protect the weak bricks. They’re also installing a custom chimney cap to fully cover and protect the chimney. The technician was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them."

"I had black smoke filling my front room and I called Sam 2 days before the ice storm because we wanted to use the fireplace. He was amazing he came the very next day to help us. The cap was too small and the mash was completely clogged from buildup of creosote and besides that the foundation of the crown needed repair . He said that the situation would have had a fatal result and removed the mash that we can use the fireplace throughout the storm with no fear. We ended up putting the new cap n foundation repairs and his pricing was very reasonable. He was very clean and left the job better than he found it. Then he checked the dryer vent and found the cap to be too small and the debris was trapped even tho we regularly cleaned the vent hose.
